white*star - I ordered a John Lewis one earlier this week but they're out of stock again at the moment. They've moved them to be under the Fashion category and should reappear there when they're back in stock.
    Congrats on your win!!

Yes - they have a scratch off panel and a unique number underneath.

I had only saved them up for 5 months as was going to get vouchers for xmas. This was the first time I properly used Pigsback so wasnt aware how mean they were. I have hounded them with emails but they either reply to say nothing they can do or dont reply at all!

    What should I do next?

if you didnt access the account for more than 2 years as previous stated then i think you have to put it down to experience and make sure you log in every now and again to keep the account active..

Not sure what you can do, although I am slightly confused....
Last year pigsback closed my account with £45ish of rewards in as apparently I had duplicate account. Now the one account was my brothers, diff name, address etc so they agreed to re-open his. The other account was for my old email a ddress and I hadnt used this pigsback account for 2 yrs + and according to their terms this classed the account as closed.

Ive emailed and emailed and they wont reopen my account or issue my fairly earned rewards! Im really anoyed as theyve told me to open a new account which I have done but surely this is against their terms as thats another account in my name?

I dont get how they close my account for having another account with them and then tell me I can open another but not have this account reopened.

You had one account which was closed because it was assumed a duplicate in the form of your Brothers.

But you then say there was another account which you hadn't used for 2 years ??

So which one had the £45 worth of vouchers in?

Also have you got any emails that they sent you?
