It was funny actually cos I'd just cleared my cookies for another site and I signed in and just assumed it was a mistake! :rotfl:Until I realised it was exactly 2000 more points, so I checked my Piggybank and there it was!

And yes as many points as you like - I prefer to get mine straight away just incase Curly steals them but they no longer have an expiry date so should be fine in your account.

The £45 was in the account that I used. The one I had not used for 2 years I dont know if there was anything in there but didnt have the password for that anyway and as I no longer had that email account couldnt get the password sent to me. Which is why I set up anothere account

Ok got you - the only thing you could do is email them once more and explain that you open an account in such and such (2 years ago) but then you could access it as you forgot password/no longer had that email account so you waited the 2 years for it to be closed by them and then opened a new account using a different email etc. It was later suggested you had a duplicated account with that of your brothers and your account with £45 that you were saving for christmas was closed, you proved it wasnt a duplicate by different addresses and your brothers was reopened yet yours still remains closed and ask why this is so.

Or something along those lines. Tbh I'm not sure they will do anything you may just have to cut your loses but its worth a try.

hi all, am i being thick or have pigsbacktaken away the clickthroughs? Back along i used to get 2 a day show up but lately its sometimes only 1 and today i can't find any!

also i nearly have£10 in my account now and thought i'd redeem the points for a voucher?But when il ooked up rewards it didn't have any high street vouchers mentioned - is this right?I thought i'd be able to exchange points for a high street voucher to use it as a birthday present.Thanks

Cts have been in short supply - you only seem to get a couple a week now - check the first page for links you may have missed. as for High Street Vouchers I haven't seen any on Pigsback.
