They do have study meetings in Leeds every now and then, so I would need extra money for transport.
Trying to think if there is anything else I can put down..
The rent would be the major one, if I could get that on without there being a possible BI then I would be ok I think.. How do they determine BI? Would it be from before the date of bankruptcy?
As I said a quick pm to debt doctor would be a good idea re the BI. We may be worrying needlessly but I would like DD to confirm.
How about a land line you only have mobile down?BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -

he's the last poster. Left click on his name and then click on 'send a private message to DD'The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter

Thank you
I have messaged him and explained about the post and hopefully he will be able to have a look for me when he is next free... fingers crossed.
Thanks for all the help, I have got expenditure out to a pretty high level now, and if nothing is disputed then I will be ok I guess.
Might even be able to add some bits on..
Am I allowed to add on more for transport as my family lives 150 miles away and so I am guessing it is acceptable to visit? or is this seen as a luxury?! (which it isn't ! :rotfl: )

I would not allow any rent , sorry. Unless you can proove you have been paying this amount since the BO, ie provide copy bank statements. Think about it from OR's view: they have accepted you have no interest in the property and its not an asset in bankruptcy. But now you want to contribute to mortgage? Why should they allow that? You are allowed to make reasonable contribution to all bills like gas electric council tax water tv licence, phone internet etc, but you cant pay a mortgage thats not in your name. Remember that whatever the surplus is, you will be left with a share of it to do what you wish. You can use that to make contribution to his mortgage iof you want.0
