Ah, okay, yes.. I looked into this quite a lot as we certainly did not want that to be an issue for us as OH has quite a bit of equity and it would be a disaster if that happened.

They do have study meetings in Leeds every now and then, so I would need extra money for transport.
Trying to think if there is anything else I can put down..
The rent would be the major one, if I could get that on without there being a possible BI then I would be ok I think.. How do they determine BI? Would it be from before the date of bankruptcy?
