My Harry Porter order was posted but Doctor Who DVD is still shown as order taken so I guess one out of two is not two bad.

They often put the collectable light sabres (Star Wars) on at £29-99 instead of around £90 and then as word gets round they put them up but it would appear they are willing to sell some at the much cheaper price as they have done with these DVD's

Gives peeps hope with their sets at "awaiting stock" i suppose.

I wouldnt be so sure your order was posted,altho Im pretty sure that means you have a contract with them dont you? Ive had items saying order posted 21st.....then it changed to 24th....and then the 27th!

hmmm mines coming up as posted Friday........Can anyone actually see them sitting sending things off Friday at 10pm?? I cant....

....But im hoping they do

Mine is saying it was posted on friday as well but when I checked yesterday it was still at the processing stage. They've not sent me an email to say it was dispatched and haven't taken the money out of my account.

- Just got email saying its been posted! Yay!

Wow, what a fantastic spot op - I've missed out (too late), but good luck and congrats to all those who do receive theirs.
I got the Yoda light saber for my son at Christmas - so I cannot complain.

I have had several different 'posted on....' comments from the my account section at Play.com with different orders but the e-mail confirmation has never let me down.

I would imagine that as people pick the orders they update the computer and mybe once picked and updated it shows posted. I have had items showing as posted for a couple of days prior to getting the e-mail and then checked my account and the postage date has been changed and is alwaysthe same as the e-mail.

I think if you have had an e-mail its definately posted whether they go to the post office or have a collection this is Jersey and probably a very good employer on Jersey so they probbaly have good arrangements with the post who they are probably one the of best customers of.

Just logged on to play.com to view my order status, and got the following message -

Your account has been declined.
Please review your card details in the ‘Your Account’ menu.

My card details are correct, so I called play, and spoke to a guy who said there is an investigation going on into the price of £16, as it should be £51.99..

He said the investigation started at 3.00pm today.

I asked if this was just my play account, and he said anyone who bought it at £16 will be investigated.

He said I will be informed of the outcome by email.

I have the feeling they will turn around and cancel this at £16 now...
