Good evening everyone.... I see you all missed me.

Yes, the house is OURS!! I am speaking to HA lady on monday to get a date for picking up the keys and signing - possible Tuesday or Wednesday - and we are going to actually move the kids in on the half Term holiday so it is not all at once for them. Then we will have a week or so to get as much decorated as possible. It is not really that clean but it is all cosmetic - it'll mean some work but after that then we will have the benefit of it. So all good news.

Came out of there and popped into MFI as I was looking for these doors my friend has but we found a cooker that has £200 off down to £300 so we bought that as well and we will pick that up on the date we move in. So that is tht sorted.

It's been a long day to be honest, so much has happened in the space of one day I am exhausted. Going to try and catch up on some other stuff now and have a rest and try and get some sleep.

So it is all good news!!!! It has still not sunk in though, maybe tomorrow

Ah, I forgot to add though. We got there at 3.45 and went and had a moozey around the garden. it has rhubhard and gooseberry bushes, some rasperries popping through and some apple trees growing too. The kids were running around the garden and then we went back out the front to be greeted by the lady over the road, we had a chat to her and she told us that she was pleased to see us as 'you should have seen some of the people who had been around to look' LOL and she told us she was on the board of govenors for he school and I said I had looked up the school. Anyway, another lady came along from next door and we had a chat to her, the lady from over the road went off and the lasy from HA came along. We had a look around and when we came out there was another lady 'gardening' who had clearly been bought out by her friend to see the new neighbours :rotfl: - they then said 'did you get it' and I said 'yes'. she then told me she had been up to the school to tell them I would be popping up there to see them about the kids going to the school. LOL. It is a VERY small village and everyone seems to know everything about everyone else.

We then went to get a pizza and done a bit of shopping, it is so close to town but also very quiet!! And that is why I only just posted back. Sorry to keep you all wating
