Anyone prepared to pick up scalextric from Argos Torquay and post - desperate!!

Problem solved!! - Just got a phone call from my local Argos and they are transferring the one I reserved in Torquay to my local store and I should be able to pick up end of next week! Staff were really helpful, and have just called back to confirm it is all going through.
Thanks so much for all your kind offers though of help, its shows there are some people out there willing to go out of there way to help. Didn't really expect to get any replies - thanks again so much to all of you!

Your son won't appreciate the agony and pain you've been through to get this but I hope that he enjoys it.

I went through a similar exercise to get a Wii pre-Christmas - our DS who so desparately wanted it must have played on it at least 5 times!!!
