Anyone prepared to pick up scalextric from Argos Torquay and post - desperate!!

Do you have any family in other areas that you could get it sent to etc??

I had a look on ebay and there is one on there getting bids on it but may go for higher than it is in sale as they usually do but if you take in to account that you were ok to pay postage and costs on top of someone getting it for you may be worth your while??

Also, i noticed play.com had a couple of other sets but i dont know anything about them to know if they compare well.

lab-dab, am now having a think re family, but unfortnately majority of my family live within 20 mile radius! Will have a look on ebay and on play.com, thanks for the tips!

i agree with the being cautious about sendin money and thats why i suggested jolly-jen pays then maybe we can get it redirected in some way i cud ask my postman or we could email royal mail and ask them wot cud be done

i dunno thinkin cap on bout easiest way to do it

OK Gloucester store has it for home delivery within 2 days, no reserve option. You are welcome to pay & post it to me & I will then have it posted to you.
Before anyone suggests I might keep it & never be seen on here again, don't bother as that's not my style.
I have been in this situation before & trusted other to do the same & thus far I have not been let down.

yeah, people might quote you as well and your postcde will still be on the site

I hope you get it sorted but as others have mentioned it is a risk both ways so I think contacting Argos is your best bet. Good luck.
