Are you running any advertisement/banner blockers on your computer?... or did you previously use one?

Yes it is Internet Explorer i use. Not sure if i want to go down that road of installing Firefox at the mo. Its gotta be something silly that i am missing as to why the web page isn't loading. Just gotta work out what.

Why? It will take two minutes, then another two to uninstall once you have tried it. It isn't anything major.

When I have a web page doing that I just close the page (or tab in IE7), search for the site via Google and get to the site via the google link. My experience is that sometimes a site really needs refreshing.

    Hi skiddy,
yes i am running a pop up blocker and i do use spybot. I have tried turning off the ad blocker but it has not made any diffrence. Not sure if i can do anything about spybot. I never had any problem with said programs when i was running ME.
If i could i would, but i cannot so i wont, but maybe one day i will.

I tried what you said you do when you have the same problem. But still no joy  . It still comes up blank yet in the bottom left hand corner of my screen it says Done. But all i get is that white blank web-page.

paste the address of the page you are trying to see - not just the home page ...

Also have look in your restricted sites in IE and maybe your firewall. may be temp add asda url to the trusted sites - to see if that helps ... then remove them .. I do get that but repeated F5 does get me to asda pages from here .. esp the one for the pvr in this forum ..

http://www.asda-electricals.co.uk/shop/price/tv---dvd/digital-set-top-boxes.html is the link And of course I didn't get the problem - went straight in but just seen there was a message " Revocational info for the sec. cert not available Do you want to cont. " maybe your IE is too secure...
