Does your browser still show it's trying to load by an animated browser icon or does it stop loading and just show a plain white screen.

Depending on your browser (IE, Netscape ...etc):
Could be javascript setting in your browser (check java enabled).
    Cookies accepted?
Clear cache, cookies ... and return to Asda website.

    Does this resolve the issue?
    Proudly Banking & Saving With:
    The Co-operative Bank.
    Castle & Minster Credit Union.
    Yorkshire Building Society.
  • Does this happen to other websites ie tesco/yahoo etc ??
Did you install any applications recently ?
Windows may have done an update ?
    1st course of action recommended:
Clear your internet history including cookies>try website again>if no success do a system restore this will not effect your data and is easy to do aslong as you have xp os/windows me/vista. To do this follow the steps:
    Start>all programs>accessories>system tools>system restore>select restore my computer >select a bold date in the calender>follow instructions>pc will reboot >test if things a normal again.

Firstly I would never recommend someone else to do a system restore telling them it will have no affect on their data, as system restore is not 100% safe.

    Anyway....

Could you try accessing the site in another web browser and see if that works? Then we will know if it is your browser or for some reason your connection at fault.

I have the same problem - well only go there via links from here, but I just keep pressing F5 - "Refresh" till it shows - that seems to work in IE6 ...
    Rich people save then spend.
Poor people spend then save what's left.

I am using IE7 and tried the refresh icon but still doesn't load.
