If you have the cards that give you 300 free texts a month you can change the plan by calling this number (the free number you use from your mobile)i did it with my moms phone 2 weeks ago and changed the option to so many free calls and texts per month when you top up with £10 per month
It took over a week to be activated but its now working

Its 100 free texts and a 100 free min i think

No with that plan its 100 units (1 message is 1 unit and 1 minute of calls is 1 unit)

Yes, this is how it's supposed to work.

Some people (myself included) have still been getting free texts even after the 100 unit allowance has been used up. Considering that O2 is not known for its organisational abilities, I don't find this particularly surprising. :)

I found that if you miss your annivirsary date and leave it a week then top up
(eg.My date was the 6th of the January i topped up on the 14th of February so i used some of the original £10 when it came to the 14th March which should of been my new anniversay date it carried on to the 6th of the April before i had to top up the £10 again.I have a message counter on my phone and i had sent well over 500 free messages before i had to top up again) I have done this twice now over the last 6 months :)
