Stocking fillers for teenage boys

Hi mazza
my own son is 4 - coming up 5, what about a torch, sticker books and i am going to get mine the alphabet letters that stick to tiles at side of bath as he has just started reception.0 -
maaazzzzzaaaaaa - what about a couple of cheapo plain white teeshirts & a set of fabric crayons, & let him design his own teeshirts? excellent for bedtime if not wearable in public!
sets of cheap crayons etc to make thank you cards, cheap packs of shiny paper, sticky cut out shapes etc - keeps them happy while you relax a bit later in the day! (ignore the mess, it will go away, honestly....) ::)0 -
Somewhere there is a thread for stocking fillers for younger children, sorry I can't remember where but if it was in I wanna it's fallen off the front page! and also look at the cheap stocking filler hunt which Martin highlighted in his latest tips! Mine always had bubble bath, soap, flannel, pants, socks in: I know they're not terribly exciting but it never seemed to matter. Whatever you put in, let's face it, he'll want to wake you at crack of dawn to tell you!I personally am having a problem doing a stocking for my 5 year old son.
Ah, just found "Great Virtually Free Stocking Fillers Hunt" in Shop but Don't Drop.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
Great deal in Wilkinsons today. Calanders Buy1 for £2.99 get 1 free.
Great 'Extreme Sports' one for the teenage boys plus it is for 16 months!
So both my sons get a 16 month calander for £1.50 each! BARGAIN!
P.S they do a lovely one for thegirls too, on shoes!0 -

i was in there today, and they had a magnetic marble and stick set for £2.99 that i saw 10 minutes earlier in the gadget shop for 7.99...

Choose your teenager carefully! One of mine wants Linux Format, which he's currently buying in the newsagent for over £6 per month (DVD version). Even with a discount for an annual subscription it's going to cost nearly £50!!!Not sure if it's been mentioned but magazine subscriptions always go down well - could use one of the many offers posted on this site. They often come with free gifts too ;D
That's no stocking filler.

Hawkins Bazaar have them for £3.99
Sorry if this site has been recommended on this thread before but it is fantastic - loads of stocking fillers, thanks to whoever posted the link I read. I've got loads of stuff from it.
Has anyone suggested books yet? The Book People usually have some cheap ones.
For example: another weird year £2.99, Ripleys believe it or not £8.99, 10 kids quiz books pack £9.99 and not forgeting the guiness book of records plus, if you spend £40 or more you get a free Shrek 2 or Increadables funpack. When life hands you a lemon, make sure you ask for tequilla and salt

Would recommend Halfords for lots of stuff, not just car things (oddly) like those simpsons figures and keyrings will often be in them.
Loads of blokey type things. Also if they do have a car then you have choice of loads, biking as well (motor and pedal
)
In our stocking we always got
Lynx (or similar) deodarant and shower gel
Bubble mix (with the stick)
toothbrush
flannel/household stuff
silly bits - flashing/noisy keyrings,
Orange
Brazil Nuts
Choc coins
