Upgrades on O2 Simplicity?

In case anyone was wondering what happened in my situation, I went ahead with it and the guy at the Carphone Warehouse actually sold me a second contract so I had two at the same time. Needless to say, when I found out I cancelled the new one. What a waste of time.

Fantastic, just phoned them up, the guy on upgrades couldn't beat it but he put me through to retentions for them to try, and she gave me the £35pm tariff for £25 pm for 18 months, 600 anytime minutes and unlimited texts, plus free G600 phone which I'll have in 1-3 days. Really happy with that And it's already showing up in my Order Tracking page :T

I'm in the same situation - wanting to upgrade from Simplicity. I'm going to try the same thing - but I can't find that Vodafone offer anywhere! It may not be available any more, but I was wondering where you found it?
