Yes I agree, also my first big prize took more than 6 months to arrive and that was only after a lot of chasing, so there is still hope.

Glad you got the prize sorted. I won with The Sun ages ago and was supposed to win a T-shirt and a DVD (Master of the commander or something!), all I got was the T-shirt and never got the DVD - even after emailing them.

I did win a cap with the Pirelli quiz thing last year and have never had that.

Fantastic! So glad you have it all sorted out Congrats on the win! Not all wins are as hard to get your hands on - sometimes I've had an email about a win & then the prize turn up the next day in the post. Let's hope your next win is trouble free
