    Good luck with it. But don't give up! Make a note of the date you phoned them and give them a time limit (week?) to get back to you. Like MiaVixen said, you could get lost in the system and being persistent will keep your name alive!

    well done,a prize I won on 2nd Jan The Choirboys Carols album didnt come and I mailed the website I won it from,they contacted the company and they kindly have sent me a second copy out today :) it does pay sometimes to chase things up especially if they dont arrive within 28 days :)

    You chased them up after only 2 weeks :confused: What happened because generally you should wait at least the 28 days you have quoted :rolleyes:
