Hi, all any advice would be brill, my BROADBAND contract finishes with bt today, i do want to stay with them as ther support is very good. Does anyone know what i can get out of them if i push really hard to say i am leaving?????
I did ring them in December and there were offering a free laptop if i took out a 3 YEAR contract at their highest tarrif!!!! It worked out as always i would pay for the laptop over the three yrs and the spec was rubbish......
Any way of pushing them to get more usage at a cheaper price?????
Or if you could recommend another service provider THAT has really excellent service!!! I have had a look round but personal experience is the best!!
Thanks many thanks thank you !!!!!!!!

TalkTalk, Pipex or Tiscali
(only joking)
i use vivaciti (entanet) £20/month, 330Gb allowance, 1 month contract, 0800 and 01 UK support, excellent service. i also hear and read very good things about idnet and keconnect, and if available o2, be, sky LLU (not adsl), it all depends on what you want, and are willing to pay.
general advice i've been given, and which seems to hold water, is avoid the big players (sorry drunkstar, you only work for them). be aware that anyone offering you unlimited is either lying or will charge a lot for it (c£80/month), this is the campaign i'd rather have running than the silly 'up to 8 meg' one.

Yeah, option 2 BB with free Vision (asuming its in your area) a free home hub (if you get a nice advisor
) at a price of £14.99 pcm.
Phone COT (well, BT and ask for COT) and say thats what you have seen offered. Shouldnt be an issue.
Weeowen, glad its working out for you.
