We have just finished with BT and as my husband has an 02 contract phone, we have moved to O2 mobile (backed by Be Unlimited) at £7.50 a month 8 mgb
They will assess our speeds over the first month, and if they think we would benefit from the 16mgb at £10, they will email usSam:happylove0 -
Yes looked at them and deff save money, however this seems really sad but its the messing around in swapping to them, and also with approx 3/4 faults over 2yrs and EXCELLENT supprort i really dont want to change, your probably thinking idiot waste your money then (in a nice way!) lol...But in this case service wins.... hands down.... BUT! Many many thanks for the advice!!..........................0 -

Sorry I thought that this was a money saving forum! It's actually very easy to change ISP's as BT don't want to make life difficult for themselves and the MAC system works well in 99.9% of transfers. Personally I think that it's an urban myth that BT broadband is better than most of the hundred odd other providers but as a BT shareholder, I don't object to you paying though the nose for your "service".

To be fair I get very shuddery at the thought of LLU services. Stuff seems to go wrong all teh time on it, but thats from personal experiance. :PThe "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Member 20

I've just been arranging to move from BT to Sky, while trying to get a MAC code a lady at BT offered to drop my Option2 Broadband down from £22.99 a month to £14.99. So it's worth phoning up to get a code even if you then decide to take something they offer.0
