what were the previous question I avoided?
uc haven't asked me for a statement or a to do list yet just wca and a med 10 to be sent to them. People have said it takes 3-6 months to process and it doesn't affect my claim. I was receiving gip payments but that stopped. The highest was £3.2k. My savings now is about 10k.0 -
I stated i have a disability on the application, that is why they probably want me to fill in the wca and provide a med 10 with it.

You were failing to address that income and the savings issues which move into a new claim after the closure of the last. We were querying whether you had entitlement to UC or if it would be affected by savings (including deprivation of capital issue which surely applies here as you gifted monies to relative when over £6k in capital - something they will spot if sighting relevant statement) . The WCA issue sits separately although of course if you're not entitled to UC or get reduced UC entitlement due to income or savings then it, health component, obviously would be affected in terms of payment. There was concern from members that you were not determining your entitlement to UC before engaging the often difficult matter of the WCA.

Hmm in a previous thread of yours you stated it’s for 5 years and currently on going. Thread dated September 2026.

I suggest you just wait for now until UC have processed your claim. You will know at the end of the first month if there is any entitlement to UC or not.
Once UC have processed your claim (for eligibility to UC, not the WCA) and you have the outcome of that, then come back at that time with any further questions that you may have.

I reported my fit notes from the beginning of my med 10 to the end of my fit note. Both were accepted. They recently asked for my savings information, to upload it, what about my current account. They don't care about that? I just want it to go smoothly.

They're asking you about all your capital, not just what is in a savings account.. That includes current accounts, savings accounts, ISAs, Premium Bonds, Investments, cash under the mattress etc.

They're asking about capital…. when they talk about savings they're not talking about only that money in accounts named as savings accounts…. they mean all your monies… cash…. bank accounts, investment accounts, savings accounts…paypal (if you hold monies there)….and so on. All of that is considered savings. I think this was clarified to you in a previous thread which has vanished. So produce statements for the period requested for all such accounts and it should run smoothly.

I see. They should've been more specific as I only uploaded my savings statement as they ask 'savings'.
