I have read post 3 but haven’t constructed the POPLA appeal I would be sending. As I am unsure of which template if any would I be able to use?
I have complained to the landownera but haven’t heard anything back, I will try again and also will try and contact regus for complaining to them as well.
regarding the POPLA appeal, I haven’t found any signage for the regus car park online, i might have to go and take a picture to include in the appeal I guess. This is all so stressful and I am having trouble on how to contruct the appeal.
I can’t use the no NTK served so apart from unclear signage what else can I include in the appeal?I will have a search through the forum again using UKPC POPLA stage as keywords.
would appreciate any pointers please
