I ordered a mug of my favourite band from this site on 15th September but haven't received it. I've sent them a number of emails but they have said I ordered a digital file not a physical item.. ! I definitely ordered a physical item as that was on the website. Has anyone else had problems with this site ?

dumpster_fire2025

Do you have a link to what you ordered?

Unfortunately not as I'm useless with technology. I've just checked their website and the mug is still on there but now for two pounds more than I paid.

Can you post a link to the item here?

Well without seeing what you actually bought it's not going to be possible to say for certain. If you're convinced you genuinely bought a mug you could try a chargeback if you paid by card. If they said you bought a "digital file" did they actually send you the digital file?

I suspect this is a Chinese site so wouldn't expect much in terms of customer service.

Yes it was definitely a mug! Its currently on their site and you can see it is a proper one. I did get digital files but I ve no idea what they are for and I certainly can't drink out of them! I suppose it's a lesson to always check out a company before parting with money.

What (if anything) have Printerval sent you? Have you received some kind of digital product?

Trying to work out what a digital mug actually is…

My guess would be to print the design on a mug, although from a quick review of the site I can't see anywhere where they appear to be selling designs, everything looks to be "X design on Y product."

TadleyBaggie

As far as I can tell they are a US based company offering a marketplace for others to sell on. I used them last year and the product was shipped from Vietnam.

They sent "digital files" by email. I've no idea what they are for but I certainly can't drink out of them!
