It also appears that there arent any terrif signage as the entire car park is free parking for 4 hours

Yes, look up the location on JustPark.

Appeal to Minster with any old nonsense reason.

Then I would go to Popla and simply claim that the company contracted to operate with permission on the land is Bransby Wilson, as that is the company you contract with should you wish to pay to park via the App. Use some of the text from the judgment in the dropbox link. State they are obliged to supply a copy of the contract as per the the parking Single Code of Practice.

It doesn't matter if you're wrong, you just want to see the landowner contract.

Ultimately, they or may not make a court claim against you in 12 months or so. County court is actually the only genuine appeals process available to you. You always have the option to apply to have it heard on the papers, so you wouldn't even need to attend.

I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.

There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.

If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.

If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.

Yes, you know that is the appeal. Please don't ask us to check what's in the NEWBIES thread, which is as much there to protect our time, just as much as it is to inform every newbie! There is nothing difficult or scary about dealing with - or ignoring - this invoice.

No need for us to explain and it isn't scary. Everything is in the NEWBIES thread already. Post 3 is about the farce of POPLA and post 4 shows the daft threatograms to ignore (as everyone does, if they either lose at POPLA or just don't bother with it).

Thanks. Wasn't trying to point you to "check" what was in the newbies section. Was more a case of me just confirming I was taking the correct stage of information to submit.
