You'll never have to pay this invoice and nobody (including you) cares a jot if the POPLA appeal works or not!

Try it if you want though. Then ignore.

Notice doesn't Llear to be POFA compliant.

PoFA 9(2)(e) requires the notice to:

state that the creditor does not know both the name of the driver and a current address for service for the driver; and

invite the keeper either to pay or, if they weren't the driver, to provide the driver's name and current address for service.

As you can see at the top - Bransby Wilson Group.

Ideally you need a photo of the tariff signage but you can't see it on Streetview.

I would have suggested paying on the app to see who your money goes to, but it's £6 minimum for some reason!

Before anything I would search the forum for Minster Baywatch at Grosvenor Casino Bolton. Read the advice and then we can decide if it's worth paying the £6 for a receipt with says Bransby Wilson - NOT the company you contracted with. The successful POPLA appeal is in that thread.

Yes, tricky if they have new signs and it's not a pay car park.

Their landowner contract may not be up to scratch. Worth trying Popla if only to get hold of the paperwork.

Thank you. So do I currently submit any appeal whatsoever? To Minster Baywatch or the landowner? And will it be this below template? Sorry but im still very new to this.

When you say I will never pay, that is a scary thought of what might come. Could you please advise how that is possible to just ignore and never face any troubles goung forward?


Re PCN number:

I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.

There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.

If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.

If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.

Is that image at the top showing BW a recent, up to date image? As I never paid any fee i am not avle to see where any monies went to. I am also not able to visit the site to take any photo evidence of the tariff board
