Trading 212 Cash Isa transfer

I am trying to transfer my trading 212 cash ISA to another isa provider Kent reliance but I am unable to as trading 212 is not part of Pay UK. Has anyone have a similar problem with transferring cash isas? Solutions please!

    I transferred from T212 to Paragon, then from there elsewhere as the Paragon rates weren't much good
