good news from the IAS they have sent me a letter stating that VCS would not be pursuing this and the charge has been canceled.

the evidence i had was mainly tachograph printouts to show i was in reading not norwich at the time they tried to extort money for. so it was plain that i could not have been driving or parking the car.

i had time sheets from work to show i was being paid to be in Reading and tachograph printouts to show my working time that day. tachograph evidence is used in courts as evidence on a regular basis i also had tachograph analysis from work this is a legal document from thachomaster to show all my movements and to make sure that i am complying with the drivers hours regulations. any hgv driver should be able to get this type of evidence.

there is no way they could have said that i was driving with that type of evidence. i was thinking of writing to vcs asking them for the £5 it cost me to send the recorded delivery to the ias.
