    You can do what you want with it, that's nothing to do with how much you can put in.

    As masonic suggests you need to do some reading on what a flexible ISA is. Put simply it allows you to replace any withdrawals you make within the same tax year and keep its isa status. No limit on the size of the withdrawals. So you took 100k out, so you can now replace that 100k back into the same flexible ISA before tax year ends if you want and have the available funds.
