I doubt they will route it that far. Wherever it ends up you'll need two mains sockets, one for the ONT another for the router.
Decent Wifi should be able to get to the PC, if not a Mesh system will help.

It all depends on the installers. My daughter has hers from the pole to the back of the house then clipped all the way round to the front to the same entrance point as the copper (although the copper went through the loft, something they won't do now) - they actually used the NT5 backbox for the ONT. They won't do much work at height though as H&S dictates the ladder has to be held to the wall by drilling a hole and fitting a ring so doing that at every point is too difficult.
