Quickest ISA transfer

Hello nottsphil, in my case I already had a regular saver account with Progressive.
When I applied for their Cash ISA, I logged in online and made the application there. I also confirmed that I was requesting a transfer in only.
It asked me to enter the name and account details of the source of funds and the application was confirmed. I was not asked in the online application to send any additional information.

I did a partial transfer to Trading 212 from Virgin Money on Friday.
I requested the transfer at around 6am. At 16:20 it was complete - so less than 12 hours. I am used to these taking at least a few days, and I remember the first ISA transfer I did years ago which took weeks. So I am impressed with how quickly things work these days.
