Amazon Renewed Rip-Off

As you saw from my original message, exactly the same thing has happened to me. It's fairly clear we are not going to get the items unfortunately. They have told me that once the next delivery deadline has passed (which is tonight) I will be able to contact customer service to apply to get my money back. Though I was warned it could take 2 more weeks before I get my money back.

Totally agree. Sorry to hear that. Whilst the majority of couriers are great I have had some awful experiences in the past with people leaving things in exposed random places, not attempting to deliver then reporting that no-one was home, delivering to the wrong address etc. My worst experience was with UPS but most of them have had their moments!
In this case it's definitely the seller, not Evri.0 -
I have had the same problem with the seller and they dont want to help at all and they have good reviews because if the seller use buy shipping with amazon then the blame gets past to the delivery company and you dont have to wait till the date that Amazon say if the date is past ask them to start an A to Z claim this should take a few days or it did in my case and send amazon a time line of the shipping of the goods and if needed send an email to the ceo of amazon uk and ask them to look in to why things are not happening.
