Change to Fleur telecom - is this OK?

FWIW , your conversion to FTTP wasn’t a part of the PSTN switch off or essential to allowPSTN switch off , it was whoever you joined took the opportunity (because Openreach make it attractive for them ) to get you off copper and onto FTTP , clearly if you had been content to stay with Fleur then you’d still be on copper and even after the PSTN switch off you would still be on that copper pair , what isn’t that clear is if your Talk Talk service was via the TT MSAN , then your telephone would remain via the socket on the wall (TT MSAN not affected by the PSTN switch off ) or the reason they wanted to move you to Fleur was because you were not on the TT MSAN ( so basically your telephone was PSTN just sold to you by TT ) so you would need a router etc capable of VoIP and that’s the reason they wanted to move you , but in any case the FTTP change isn’t actually because of PSTN switch off .
