Revolut app crashing

As per title. I get to the log on stage, type my numbers in, but the app crashes.

Have tried reinstalling the app but still getting the same problem.

Is anyone else experiencing problems?

I've used the in-app chat with Revolut before and found it quite good.

However if you can't even get into the app, have a look on the Revolut status page or social media to see if there are any known issues. If it seems to be just your phone, it might also be worth checking for any pending app or phone software updates.

Can't log in to chat with them.

Working fine for me. What version of Android/IOS does your device have?

I've done a software update, and it looks to have fixed it.

Passed the selfie check (on about the 5th attempt), and it's now asking for a photo of my driving licence, which is at home so I'll do it this evening.

Should be OK now.

Slightly off topic, it seems as if they are doing one of those invite a friend offer subject to various terms….but its £80 to the person doing the referring ..expiring later this month

Same problem. The app just closes either while I type in my passcode or immediately after (seems to just drpend on how fast I type it!) I managed to log into my account via their website, but that is a right faff for me tbh. And I couldn't find the "chat" option in the website (I'm sure it must be there but I absolutely cant find it!).

I have restarted my phone, uninstalled the app, restarted my phone again, and then installed the app again - oh and I cleared the app cache too. My phone siftware is upto date too ( just checked that). And nothing seems to fix it. Anyone got any other ideas.

I managed to get in after several attempts, but decided to empty my account entirely as I didn't want the agro to be prolonged.

I've had a couple of back and forth chats with Revolut support, and this is the latest advice I was given. It has worked, and I can now log in again, hurrah! Although I'm not totally keen on putting my savings back in there yet, even at 5%.
