UPDATE
Quick Summary. Buyer opened INR. Then gave positive feedback. I ased them to close the case. No reply but I assumed they just didn't read messages.
After 21 days eBay just closed the case as expected.
If the buyer had been dodgy I'm sure they could have got their money back, but as I used a stamp and had no POP I'm happy that this has been resolved.
