Will do that. Any ability to fight this in any capacity?

I've no idea if they're meeting requirements or not, and whether I can even do anything at this stage.

Sorry for noob questions, clueless when it comes to these. Appreciate the help :-)

Edit: Provided new address to them as well, on the basis I'm not receiving any comms at new address. I had one the other day saying it's being referred to a solicitor.

"Any ability to fight this in any capacity?"

I don't understand the question. Nobody pays. Every case is defendable and OPS haven't been seen here with a court claim in months/years.

As long as the letters are coming to you not the hire firm, and you have replied ONCE to confirm you were the hirer but denying liability, ignore them after that unless you move house.

I see, and should that have been confirmed to the parking charge firm or the debt recovery firm?

    Thanks

This was the response from ZZPS by the way to the original DSAR:

Thank you for your email, your comments have been noted accordingly. We are a third-party debt resolution agency, and we are unable to dispute or appeal Parking Charges here. You were offered a twenty-eight (28) day time-frame to appeal the Parking Charge to the issuing company. We can see this was done and rejected you would have also been given the opportunity to appeal to an independent appeals service. The case has now progressed, and the full balance is now due.Our client maintains the correct issuing and progression of this Parking Charge and will be able to provide all necessary evidence in the case of litigation. We have placed this account on a seven (7) day hold to allow you time to make this payment. In the absence of payment in this time, this matter will continue to progress and further charges may be applied.Kind regards
