Forgot to update this but I received the SAR back.

Unsure if they've provided / evidenced everything they need to. What should I be looking for?

1 Back on page 1 , coupon mad asked you to post a redacted picture of the NTK PCN letter, if you have it ? ( its the pcn posted to the hire or lease company. )

2 Also, post a redacted picture of the NtH pcn if you have a copy, which will have YOUR name and address on it

3Plus you are looking for a copy of the hire or lease agreement that should accompany the NtH pcn, if the vehicle is hired or leased

So 1 went from POS to the hire or lease company

2 & 3 should be sent to the hirer or lessee

    I've just had a look.

    I've got:

A hire agreement from the company who issued the vehicle

A document with the NtH & photo evidence

Did OPS actually enclose all those things? We suspect they didn't…

I don't believe so, this is what I received

I cannot find evidence of any of the documents they mention other than just the hire agreement

What does this mean moving forward?

    Nothing.

As long as the letters are coming to you not the hire firm, and you have replied ONCE to confirm you were the hirer but denying liability, ignore them after that unless you move house.

I had moved house after hiring the vehicle (I had it a long time), and the first time I heard of this was a redirect that came through from a debt collector.

    I sent off a SAR.

I did confirm that I have a new address. I have not communicated with the debt collector other than to say I'd not previously heard of anything, with my first correspondence being from them.

Best course of action going forward?

Get the PPC and DRA to erase the old address. Email their DPO emails.
