I would just add to this sentence as shown:

It must not be construed as acceptance of liability for any Parking Charge Notice but given the fact that the accrual of multiple PCNs were caused entirely due to your company's 'bad faith' and deliberate choice not to affix a PCN to the windscreen on day one, and given I have already paid £7 per day each time the van was there, £15 is paid as full and final settlement.

That gets emailed to their DPO, headed:

You can also use part of what you wrote (the bit about no contract on the signs) to appeal each and every PCN. You have to do them all, one at a time.

Potentially, that point about the drafting of the t&cs not including vans/underpayment makes them unrecoverable.

You'll never pay them anyway because that ambiguous contract wouldn't fool a judge.

Do you think its worth appealing via there online appeals website regarding the bit about no contract on the signs? Or just leave it to emailing the DPO?

Ok just tried to sen all this too there DPO email adress ,but theyve just bounced back saying email adress does not exist. They have another email adresss….. info@theparkingspace.co.uk shall i just send it too that?

I received a response at 22:14, they must be working late

Response : "Dear Morgan,

Please see our response below:

• The PCN was issued in accordance with the rules of the IPC.
• The PCN was issued because this car park has a separate tariff for vans and any vehicle above M1 class, picture of which is attached for your reference.
• This is clearly displayed on our tariff board, with one placed at the entrance and another by the payment machines.
• The site is regularly audited by the IPC and our signage is compliant and adequate.

The PCNs are valid and remain payable. We have also forwarded your email to our appeals team, and they will respond to you directly.

The good thing is they haven't tried to refuse your £15 full & final settlement, nor even mentioned it, therefore by them keeping the money I'd consider it stands!

Just had there official appeal response,see attached. What do you reckon? Cut losses and pay? Cant see them folding
