Im going too try to go up there later and get a photo of any other T's&C'c signs i can find. I think il probably pay the shortfall that should of been paid and hope they go away

You will not see the word "fine" anywhere I guarantee that, but is your vehicle a class N1?
3 -
Yes it looks like all the photos were taken within about a minute of eachother

Ok, just hold off paying anything until you have a clutch of PCNs from them.
Get us the contract please.
The NtK point about the parking period is one for the back pocket as the IAS appeals system is a kangaroo court.

No i understand there doesnt have to be a link to the DVLA system to check the vehicle class, its just frustrating because iv seen other parking machines with it. My V5C does say its an N1 class ,but like you said who knows that except possibly a HGV driver. Do they expect the driver to carry around V5C to check vehicle class? lol

You can find the Tax status of any VRM using the online checker and there is API although it is not currently open to new registrations:
https://developer-portal.driver-vehicle-licensing.api.gov.uk/apis/vehicle-enquiry-service/vehicle-enquiry-service-description.html#vehicle-enquiry-service-ves-api-guide
From this the vehicle class can be obtained without any reasonable cause requirement. It also looks to be a paid service based on number of requests/rate limits.Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'
