I AM FREEEEEEEEEEZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have just spent 2 hours walking about in the cold collecting pennies from people in their pj's.. why do people have their pjs on at 6pm?????????

I was so desperate for a wee I almost wet myself!

Anyway.. that'll cover some of the dinner money for next week! .. my stepdad pays me in £1 coins lol. I've been dogged.. I've been catted.. and I've been weirdo'd several times.. a man even asked if I wanted to wait inside while he found the cash.. erm.. no thanks..

Best go play with my laundry again.. :D

AND I am now uploading 1000's of songs to my new mp3 player.. and it is purple!

I totally misread that pigpen - I thought you were collecting money wearing your PJs....mind you, it wouldn't surprize me! Mmm think it's def PJ time here if only I could be bothered to get up! Think I might do a 27 boogie fling thing on the way then I can cross something else off my list.

  • Yipee, I've found it at last! The end of the thread! I've been catching up since page 18 and had two long phonecalls in between and now it's (almost )too late to do any flying.. oops..

Hugs by the bucketload for all of you. Too much going on to send you love individually.:grouphug:
I briefly saw a tip off about the new ER series- which could've been last night thinking about it, I've just read 2 days of goings on. If its not on until late then I'll do some jobs. Promise.

I saw some pictures on here too as I flashed through the posts. All I noticed were the fab curtains, wowee, I'd like some like that!

  • sorry to hear some of you are not too well. Especially as i can remember your posts, tia and serena.

    today i have:
    • S & S the bathroom
    • posted my amazon parcel
    • done one load of Dh's washing
    • taught 3 x lessons
    • cooked chicken fajhitas for dinner
    • emptied kitchen bin, got DH to put out the bin, blue bag and box for collection tomorrow
    • finished my lab request for next week
    • looked on the pgce website to find out when the student is in again so i can prepare for it
also made sure i gave charlie a slice of toast and jam when we came in from nursery, plus some grapes, and hopefully that will mean he sleeps better. He is so energetic, all he did from getting in was run around. so fingers crossed for me.

going to watch the brainy kids programme, while stapling some worksheets together for tomorrow. Also need to print out some stuff for the 6th form lesson, and then i will be having a quick bath and bed. So that will be 11 for bed again then.

serena does sound like 'the bug' big hugs (with masks) and hope you're feeling better soon
pigpen, I sometimes have PJs on by 6pm, most often it's because I have been in them all day :o
torianut HHC = Half Hour Challenge
Dusty thank you for making me giggle, I needed that :rotfl:
Michelle fingers crossed here :) Nursery are not giving him any food nasties (as in anything with lots of sugar/colourings) are they?
Pollybear, sorry the cat parading made me laugh, sorry but I am mean and if I decide on a snooze I either go to bed (no dogs allowed upstairs) or kick them out of the room, youngest dog always licks/bugs me when I am 'dozing'
LJD1 hope the therapies thing goes well, we have a holistic therapist does sessions cheaper at the local carers centre and it's heavenly.
Denise, well done, try not to fizzle yourself out however, must be kind of warm over there at the mo
**waves** back at MOAM. Just spent the last hour trying to sort out the homepage, still not perfect but it'll do for now. Why do I mention my other qualifications inc web design, I must be mad!!

Right, think that's most of what I wanted to mention, now my head hurts from trying to remember it all.

Done loads more in the conservatory tonight inc sprinkle the floor with bicarb, DP found something on the internet which said 'bicarb helps with mould' with instructions how then asked if we have any. When I said 'try that huge tub' he said 'oh that's the sh*tty stuff I ended up with in my coffee' :rotfl: he might learn to read labels eventually. DPs helped loads with it, conservatory is now nearly finished enough to use frequently. Only problem now is the 'stuff' is dumped in other rooms to unpack. **sighs** does it ever end?

Speaking of DP he's going to work soon :D will be pleased to have some peace :rotfl: he hasn't been in since last Saturday and I am sick of the sight of him. Actually he's gone in the bath and I have a slight suspicion he's fell asleep in there, been gone an hour. Think I best go and check on him.

Oh and tonight what I have left to do is - make packed lunches, make DPs sandwiches for work, put what needs it in the freezer, empty washing machine, hang laundry on airers, refill with oily stuff & plenty of soda crystals, fill DW and get that started. Think that's it. Then BED TIME!
One day I might be more organised...........

lil_me - the weather is really changeable! I have no worries about getting heat stroke today, though!

Desk is tidied - not completely finished, but things are piled very neatly now, TYVM :o
Have left questions for OH to answer tonight.

Have just had a biccie and now will move on to the next HHC. Might have found a winner here :)

Oh, BTW - I now know why I let the ironing pile up - when I do it all I don't have enough hangers!

Oh Denise, such a shame you're so far away, I've got about 3 bags of spare hangers.

Kimberley you are braver than me, I threaten to do that but just can't cope when it builds up, I end up with more panic attacks :o wish I could do something like 'Mum's on Strike' as it'd take me not being here for me to be able to do it, saying that they also show you the videos of how they are coping and I'd end up on the next bus home!!!

Dad sent me a text earlier which made me giggle ' Too often we loose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember when someone annoys you it takes 42 muscles to frown but only 4 to extend your arm and slap the t*@t!' :D I like it.

Done most things now, dogs need to go out then that's it, I'll be vanishing to bed. Oh, don't know how much I will get done tomorrow as DP has decided we're going to the Metro Centre, he wants a coat, I hope he's not being nice expecting me to pay because he'll be in for a nasty/expensive shock :D
