    If you port your number back to the ONO then all the routing is undone and this will solve any problems with the port. 

    Thanks for that. Seeing as Spusu are unable to help me, I’ve ported my number across to an EE sim, hopefully that will sort the issue out.

    Does this mean it's better to go with an MNNO which uses the same as the original issuer or shouldn't it matter?

    It only matters if something goes wrong.

    Remember , just because an MVNO uses the masts of one of the three MNOs, doesn't mean they use the MNOs entire systems. Some MVNOs have their own allocation of numbers.
