POP TELECOM - Hidden fees
Please make sure if you are unlucky enough to have a contact with them, check you are not being charged their £2 monthly hidden 'router assurance' fee. I have been threatened and all sorts by them. Just avoid! I spoke to my bank and they have assured me based on their hidden fees they will help me fight any early exit fees. Actually I'd just tleave them anyway as a new provider will help pat any early exit charges.

Adding extra charges ("assurances") and price hikes on fixed contracts

Thanks. Yes, they are absolutely terrible. I wish I'd left them earlier. Arrogant and devoid of any morals.
