N180 deadline

I emailed the N180 and received an email back asking for claim number even though this was on the form-I confirmed this.

I have today received a letter in post stating I failed to send and to now do so via email or writing. Anybody had this?

I have re sent the n180 to the email as stated.

I am anxious I have missed something or there is an error on there part

Did you download the N180 DQ pdf document from the government website and fill it in, attaching it to your email and added URGENT, UNPROCESSED DOCUMENTS + the claim reference number and sent it to the DQ email address in the 8 steps in announcements near the top of the forum ?

Did you receive the auto email response back from the DQ section of the CNBC in your inbox ? ( or spam folder ? )

i did but not the urgent header I must have missed that section

I did receive the auto response and a further email clarifying the claim no which I responded to

If you have access to MCOL, you should be checking your MCOL claim history ( like checking a bank account online. ) and make sure that your completed N180 is logged by the CNBC over the next couple of weeks

Keep those emails and responses safe too

You received the sanctions letter because your N180 wasn't logged and you didn't keep checking your MCOL claim history

it’s now showing sanction sent and my DQ the following date of 21st August which is incorrect

Thanks I think it’s this one but the dates are incorrect I typed DQ earlier before sanction and again on 25th August

your claim history is showing that a DQ was filed on 21st August, so it will carry on as usual
