I am completing my N180 but can’t seem to locate guidance n how to do so. I’ve put all obvious sections but just unsure re the Yes/no for Track and suitability for determination without hearing. Can anybody signpost me please?

The 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum, 1st post, has full guidance, including the DQ email address etc, please follow those 8 steps, as I mentioned 2 weeks ago

Plus you have not told us anything about the claim or claimant

sorry didn’t realise I needed to. It’s smart parking Ltd and dcb legal. I have emailed a copy to the dcb email as per the steps

yes I found the DQ.CNBC email address and sent there also.
Thank you again for your help. Navigating my current health and life events are difficult to begin with so it’s greatly appreciated. Fingers crossed it isn’t progressed

It will progress, to your local civil court, who will write to you in due course, but dcb legal will discontinue just before the hearing fee is due
