Sorry CC what isn't possible? Do you mean they can't represent a company that doesn't exist. Obvious, but could be claimed to be an error that can be rectified. Or do you mean that an appeal isn't possible with APCOA or not possible on their website? And if not, why would that be of consequence?

At this stage therefore, is a complaint worthwhile (or a waste of time as it is now in the hands of the debt company vultures) and if yes, is this complaint to APCOA or to Manchester Airport?
