    Before I email can I just ask what I’m supposed to put as I’ve not received a letter due to the address being wrong. I only received a text on my phone with a ref number from trace group ?

    Google Data Rectification Notice

    Give old and new details, as described above, plus the VRM details etc, adding the Trace reference number too

    All you are doing is correcting the address, nothing else

    I’ve just received a email reply from APCOA asking me to provide proof of address since I’ve emailed them to change my address.
    do I supply this to them please

    Yes, under data protection law, you have to prove that YOU are who you say you are

    A copy of the V5c log book or redacted utility bill should suffice, along with a copy of the postal notice

    Well Trace group was super fast to send the letter out to my new address.
    is there anything I need to respond to them or is it just a letter for the bin
