Thanks. I actually ordered a sim from them for the princely sum of £1.31 but decided against the deal and never activated it. Delighted to see the £1.31 was refunded 31 days later.

Hi Sherlock. No, I didn't get any response from them as the screen where I'd put my debit card details stayed up. That prevented me going any further…. mind you, I was on the Chromebook & wonder if that could have caused a glitch.

I've had several Lebara Sims no problem with phone service.

However the website to sign up is terrible, and broken is several way. It would not accept my email address which ends .me.uk for example.

I found if the deal disappears like you had it's due to a cookie, so just open a private browsing window and the deal reappears
