Lebara 3gb sim only deal

I have entered my bank details on Lebara site having followed the link from MSE Expert. The page then freezes & doesn't let me continue. If I go back to Lebara site, my address is recorded but the 3gb deal isn't listed. Does anyone know if this deal is still available please?

Hi. Crumbs, that's a fast response to me, a newbie!

This is the first application to Lebara so they don't know anything about me. It just felt strange that the MSE deal, 3gb, is not listed on Lebara site.

MSE deals are exclusive, so they are not listed on lebara's own site (or at least not at mse prices)

Understand that, thanks. I now have to wait to see if Lebara start billing me, or send me a sim, because I'm unsure if my application is actually being processed!

Just in case I got this wrong, do you know if there's another way of buying it through MSE (the MSE page just says "buy it").

If you are unsure then you can do nothing and if you don't activate the SIM then Lebara will refund whatever money you paid when you signed up.

This interests me because the site just left me hanging on with nowhere to go. I'll await either a sim arriving or my bank account paying £1.70. Not a great amount, I know…… but it'll mean trying to contact lebara which I'm led to believe is nigh impossible.

If you get the SIM and you are happy all well and good.

I've not had any issues getting in touch with them.

Did you get an email confirming your order with an order number?

If not, I doubt it's gone through. Have ordered from lebara multiple times and always got a thank you for your order email and also a your SIM is on the way email.
