I agree but to some extent going through this for the first time can be slightly nerve racking, apologies for seeming to continue the thread.

I think the argument here is that it’s very misleading in my honest opinion. If you review the photos I added earlier on the thread, you can see it clearly shows it’s related to the hospital (including the huge billboard adjacent too the actual hospital A&E entrance)
A question if it does go to the court claim stage, wouldn’t I be paying a lot more due to court fees etc. (again this is me totally guessing as clueless)
Reassured to hear the whole aspect of CCJ, and paying less to what the crooks owe. Thanks all!

And this is a small-fry firm, who only very rarely feature on this forum but when they file their own claims they do it particularly badly.
We laughed at the last one, it was so poor.
And of course they discontinued it and wouldn't have had a clue at a hearing!
No CCJ is risked. You'll never pay this invoice.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you! I’m feeling a lot more at ease now with what you said.
I will return if I receive any LBC or the other document which I have forgot, and continue to ignore contact from themselves or debt collector threats.
