Thanks for all your input so far all, I really do appreciate it. I’ve got a response response from PALS and it’s exactly what you mentioned above @GrannyKate.

I will make my way there today, and take photos of the car parking signs for you to review.

@Car1980 is this EXACTLY what I should write to the IAS? (Sorry I am rubbish at this sort of stuff)

I will keep use posted, if anything further crosses your mind that may help please feel free to share. Thanks all.

Just returned from the car parking site, and the big sign which is very misleading is still on the huge billboard adjacent to the hospital.

Alongside this, more signs displaying car parking for Whiston Hospital patients & visitors. I also took a photo of where you have to turn which may benefit my case.

    Please see the attached photos.

The signage experts will be along to comment - the NHS staff car park appears to have no signs at all? They are definitely representing themselves as hospital parking

Yeah I’m hoping that will help my case, cannot believe I’m having to do all this whilst an ongoing bereavement it’s terrible!

Hoping that will be concrete for the IAS appeal, or even county court!

I saw somewhere that the hospital say they do not own the yellow hashed area so they must access their car park over someone else's land. It looks a bit of a mess overall - I read somewhere that the Green Dragon was listed and demolished illegally.

Wonder what the planning permission granted - I would be contacting my MP to help.

Yeah I believe it was. Im just waiting for someone to get back in terms of how to write out my IAS appeal.

The last thing I want is this over my head, especially with numerous letters and at risk of getting a CCJ, as I am hoping to get a mortgage in the next year or 2.

I’d be very surprised if my MP would assist on this matter, but it’s always an option. I just need that “silver bullet” to completely eradicate the PCN.
