Lebara can't send me a new SIM - Its been over a week

Odd, as I've not been able to use the RCS text option as the system kept using the original sim number rather than my ported in one, I'd tried every single suggestion online (including chatting with them which was quick and efficient but didn't change anything) and eventually caved in and used the online form to order a new sim yesterday. It came today and everything is now as it should be.

I tried randomly the other night at 1am at it FINALLY went through. received my SIM card and now all is ok
