Ordered Broadband from Sky got Streaming Box

Is Sky giving away it's streaming service?

My daughter ordered fibre optic broadband from Sky, she doesn't have any services from Sky at the moment, and she got the streaming box and remote control sent to her she's still waiting on the Sky router.

She did contact them about it but has not heard back yet but is this a sneaky way Sky are trying to get you onto it's streaming service?

Get your daughter to check her sky online account to see what services she has ordered from Sky.

With broadband they usually send the router out a few days before connection so if this isn't an error that maybe why the stream box turned up as I think you can use them straight away as along as you have access to the internet.

The stream box will work straight away with internet access.

Odds on she bought a bundle of broadband & Stream TV. That's a whoops moment that needs to be sorted quickly with Sky, as otherwise it's a 24 month contract.

She never bought a bundle she ordered broadband where it says ordered broadband

on orders it says broadband was ordered on 31st May and streaming on the 1st June. yet when she goes to streaming it says get Sky streaming.
