Impossible for Toob (or anyone else to pay another company directly regardless of the customers wishes), almost guaranteed credit on the Toob account.

From personal experience, trying to deal with Vodafone CS will be tortuous. Getting them to agree that your service minimum term should end in Nov 26 not 27 (or indeed anything else) without some extra documentation is not a given. Try maybe for a week but you'll probably find that promised callbacks and on-hold delays will make that timescale go quickly.

Unless there is something fundamentally wrong with your Vodafone service (other than cost) then IMHO the only sensible thing to do is to cancel the Toob supply. You might be able to secure some kind of promise for a similar buyout offer sometime next year but don't hold your breath.

With two FTTP network connections you should have a larger pool of potential suppliers when considering new contracts than the vast majority of households.

When you say "just" signed up to Toob, exactly how long ago? You may well be still able to cancel that contract.

Just phoned Toob - they saying i have to 7th June to cancel my contract (14 days after signing up) but they are offering some extra incentives to continue with them (they will pay extra months towards Vodafone) - so am giving it a few days to think about it
