Just looked up a purchase I made at the bar in Wetherspoons (albeit on my Barclaycard) - it doesn't state the exact MCC, but the Business type is "Eating Places and Restaur" for an app purchase it is "Drinking Places (alcoholi".

The Spoons one's interesting. I bought food through the app and didn't get cashback, then bought one of their charity bucket hats at the bar and did. I'll buy all of my clothes at Spoons now for the cashback. I just need them to expand their range a bit.

Same as the buses. Buy tickets on the app, no cashback. Buy it in real life and you do.

Now there is a new chase regular Saver paying 6.5%, £300 pm. Could this one be linked to 2% cashback requirement. In order to get the 2% cash back, there is a requirement:
'to put And keep a total balance of £1,000 or more across your Chase saver accounts all month (excluding round-up accounts)'

Say after three months you will already have 3*£300=900, so you just need to make up the £100 in Chase Saver paying 2.5% and ypu already meet the saving requirement. In month four you will have £1,200 so you could remove this £100 and still meet the criteria for saving. Is there any in the T&C that prevent people to get 2% cashback ?? I am aware that there is other condition such as 15xDebitcard payment that need to be met.

Yes, cash deposited in the new regular saver counts as part of the '£1k for whole month to get cashback' requirement.
